A Bad Moms Christmas is twice the fun!

"Kiasu"* is the name of the game. This year being early is everything. X'mas lights along Orchard Road are already up. So, it's no wonder a movie about X'mas is already in the cinemas erm, in early November...

Sequel to last year's Bad Moms which was alright to me, this Christmas edition is twice the fun. Why? Coz in addition to the original Bad Moms, you get the Bad Mom's mums who are here for Christmas, too!

TBH, I am sick from influenza and under the influence of many a drowsy meds but had to die die enjoy the Golden Village $6.50 tickets for members on Tuesday.

I entered the cinema heavily drugged and was snoozing away until the show started with Amy (Mila Kunis) looking wasted with her home in a complete mess. She then ventured to explain how she wrecked X'mas. She got me when the camel walked past her. From then, it was a roller coaster ride (with a few speed bumps) on being kiasu..., filled with lots of PG nearly brinking on RA fun. If you have been wondering how the Dalai Lama sounds if his balls were ever waxed, this show clears the mystery for you. And it involves a "romantic" scene with a stripper...

The best on-screen mom couple must go to Amy and her mom (Christine Baranski). Their banter is full of laughs and also the most dramatic, nearly feeling smoke in my eyes in that heart to heart scene at the church. The most hilarious mom must go to Carla (Kathryn Hahn) as she got all the sexy lines and of course that scene with wax...I mean, where she was waxing lyrical about lonliness and love to her mom. I think this sequel is better than the first!

Any show that keeps me up while I am drugged is an entertaining one!

*Note: Kiasu is a colloquial term loosely translated in English as scared to lose.
