Cate Blanchett (as Hela - Goddes of Death) really pumped me up on this one. The trailer where she obliterated Thor's hammer with such ease sealed the deal.
And then there is her "Dream Big" promo video which is just sick!!!
She did not disappoint. The show was well paced and infused with so much humor, it did not feel like 2 hours. I must say certain parts had me thinking I was watching Star Wars or Wonder Woman. The latter because the music for the fight scenes were similar. Well, listen to this (0:02 to 0:06 / 1:14 to 1:20):
Same same right? Yea, so I was imagining Wonder Woman suddenly coming into the picture fighting alongside Thor under Justice League. Wait - Avengers...And Hela came to save the day. Thank God for Cate Blanchett! (Sorry, Chris - we love you to bits, but Cate upstaged you on this one!)
And yea, PP wanted to catch this with me, but I was already booked for this movie. #SorryNotSorry hahaha
